Looking for Tracking help in Cape Town

Hi Cape Town Beagle HUggers –

please see the mail below asking for some help!

Our beloved broder collie went missing on Table Mountain, above Newlands Forest, late on Wednesday afternoon. Hours and hours of searching the mountain have has brought us no success. A friend is aware of a beagle owner who’s 2 dogs helped track down a dog which had been missing for 6 days!
Unfortunately no one knows how to contact this individual?
